SHIPPING & RETURNS
Mpskincare.com currently offers Shipping in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The following shipping & handling charges apply:
Ground (1-5 days): $15.99
Fedex 2-Day: $25.99
Fedex Next Day (overnight): $70.99
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take additional time for delivery and are not guaranteed delivery times.
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). All orders processed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped. Once an order is processed, those that are sent via standard (ground) shipping takes approximately 1-6 business days based on the destination.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed with Fedex 2nd Day or Next Day service for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Mpskincare.com cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered. At this time we are unable
to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes or outside the United States.
If you are not completely satisfied with your mpskincare.com purchase, you may return within 10 days of purchase. Only items purchased on mpskincare.com (USA) with valid and accompanying order information and in a unopened packaging may be accepted for return. Final sale items may not be returned.
Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted.
USE A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL -
Affix the UPS pre-paid shipping label included in your package and either hand this parcel over to your local post office or postman, or give the package to UPS either using the UPS Store, UPS drop box or any UPS driver. USE ANOTHER SHPPING METHOD – Complete the return form included with your shipment and repack the merchandise in the original packaging and enclose the completed form. Mail the package using the label provided on the front of the form. Packages must be returned using an insured method. Sorry, we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.
Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of package for processing and transit time for return packages.

Pre-Order items. These items are not immediately available for shipping but can be purchased online through invite two to three weeks prior to the public release. These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be charge when or shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and again when you receive order confirmation. You may cancel your order at any time up to the item’s dispatch. Our usual return conditions apply.
